Solar Installer

Solar Installer

Overview

This is a full-time position involving all aspects of solar installation and rooftop construction. Qualified installers are offered a Pay-Per-Panel Installed incentive.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install solar photovoltaic system modules, support structures and balance-of-system components on roof structures in accordance with design schematics, codes and company standards, including safety and workmanship.

Qualifications

  • 1+ Year of Construction Experience - roofing, framing or electrical (preferred)
  • 1+ Year of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Rooftop installation experience (preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
  • Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle

Overview

This is a full-time position involving all aspects of supplying and maintaining a well-kept, well organized warehouse, delivering equipment and traveling to obtain supplies on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of all inventory and order supplies
  • Keep warehouse organized and clean
  • Deliver equipment to job sites
  • Pick up equipment from suppliers
  • Run various other errands

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of electrical equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to become forklift certified
  • Ability to lift and move a minimum of 70 lbs regularly

Solar Installer

Overview

This is a full-time or part-time position involving all aspects of conducting solar sales including qualifying customers, presenting proposals, answering all questions and executing agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify prospective customers identify their energy needs and goals
  • Generate proposals, site designs and quotations
  • Conduct solar presentations answering all customers questions
  • Collect necessary paperwork and signatures to complete agreements
  • Remain in contact with administrative staff and customer throughout process

Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of sales experience (minimum 6 months solar sales preferred)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Bilingual (preferred)

Admin Assistant

Overview

This is a full-time position involving all aspects of office administration and project coordination assistance including lead allocation, customer care, permit processing and other general administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct customers and other patrons who visit our office
  • Answer, screen and direct incoming calls or messages
  • Receive, distributor and prepare mail
  • Ensure clean office appearance and conference room preparation for meetings
  • Data entry and various other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Overview

This is a full-time position involving all aspects of service including turning systems on, diagnosing issues with a system, and remedying any issues as required and scheduled.

Responsibilities

  • Turning systems on
  • Set up and scan PV monitoring
  • Install bird screens on systems
  • Trouble shooting systems 

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring (AC and DC)
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate a smart phone proficiently
  • Ability to follow schedule, written and verbal instructions
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle
